Presenter: Ms. Dianne Tsitsos

Dianne began work for the U.S. Agency for International Development in 1982. She has worked in Morocco, Sri Lanka, Central America, Eastern Europe, and the former Soviet Union, focusing on housing and urban development. She later served as Desk Officer for Russia, Deputy Director of USAID's Mission to Central Asia in Kazakhstan, and Director of USAID Armenia. Following that, she returned to Washington to direct the strategic planning and budget office for the Eastern Europe and Eurasia Bureau.
